When I asked straightforward questions, I was met with eye-rolling and smirks exchanged between employees, as if mocking me for simply trying to get information. It was blatant, uncomfortable, and completely unprofessional. This level of disrespect is unacceptable anywhere, but especially in an organization that claims to serve the community. I left feeling belittled and unwelcome. Do better.",
