      "text": "I cancelled Spring Break program registration and send cancellation email to the asked email. Clara director of TOOSCS still insists to charge saying they did not receive the form. Clara writes belittling emails to me. I have been patient aa my child goes there but unreasonableness got worse. Most teachers are nice and friendly but bad communications from management. Older kids have no programs not treated well, generally disconnect with the kids, not allowed to play with the toy and pretty much nothing to do but left to fend for themselves.",
