My experience at ISS of BC, Vancouver branch has been truly wonderful.\nThe whole team is kind, professional, and always ready to help — especially Ms. Doreen, who supports students with so much care and positivity.\n\nI would like to give a special thank-you to Mr. Alex Yang, an outstanding and inspiring instructor.\nHe is not only knowledgeable and well-prepared, but also patient, energetic, and very encouraging.\nAfter every class, he thoughtfully emails all the lesson materials and even prepares study plans for holidays, showing his true passion and dedication to teaching.\n\nI’m deeply grateful to ISS of BC for creating such a supportive learning environment.\nI sincerely hope this amazing organization continues to help newcomers build confidence and find their path to success in Canada.\n\n(Review based on my experience at the Victoria Drive location in Vancouver.)",

The program was practical, well-structured, and focused on real, actionable support rather than theory.\n\nMy case manager, was professional, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping participants move forward. The workshops were clear, relevant, and provided insights that were useful in navigating the job market.\n\nI’d also like to acknowledge the Skills Hub manager, Ms. Bita Firouzian, for her strong leadership and for fostering a supportive and encouraging environment for both staff and participants.\n\nOverall, Skills Hub provides valuable guidance and meaningful support, and I would confidently recommend their services to others.",
