While some of the processes do take time, the overall experience is absolutely worth it.\n\nA huge thank you to Shaunah, who was an amazing guide throughout the process. Her encouragement, clarity, and genuine support helped me feel confident and motivated. Thanks to her, I was also able to join the Mentor Connect IECBC program, where I was matched with a wonderful mentor who helped me recognize my value and learn how to effectively present and “sell” myself in the Canadian job market.\n\nI also want to thank Rene, who was extremely helpful in helping me understand how to build a strong CV and prepare for the interview process, and Elvan, who clearly explained what the program was about and how to make the most of it.\n\nOverall, this is a great program, supportive, practical, and empowering. I highly recommend it to skilled immigrants looking for guidance, confidence, and real tools to succeed in their job search.",
